Transitional Aged Youth to Benefit From New Development Partnership


The latter part of the 2021 brought a new development to Mission Housing.


Mission Housing is proud to be the development partner with San Francisco's Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, Dolores Street Community Services and Larkin Street Youth Services to bring permanent living units to the City's Transitional Age Youth.


The properties folded into Mission Housing's portfolio are: The Mission Inn (52 units), 1321 Mission Street (160 units) the Eula Hotel (25 units).


Mission Housing Development Corporation will serve as the Real Estate Development Management team member and rehabilitate/convert all the properties to permanent living units.  Dolores Street Community Services will provide property management and Larkin Street Youth Services will provide Support Services.
